Our partnering model ensures we can find, train and manage research nurses in a huge range of countries. We work with large and small partners or employ direct where required. This keeps our overheads down and allows us to create research nurse teams almost anywhere in the world, wherever our customers need them.

Our unique Site Support teams are carefully created, trained and managed for each study, providing site support in a consistent and professional way, focused on delivering the needs of the trial sponsor whilst integrating smoothly into the site teams.

No other provider works this way.

Our Home Trial Support teams are also carefully created, trained and managed for each study, carrying out trial visits in the patient's home. This service is unique in Europe/Rest of World and only rarely found in the USA. Our process does not just supplement trial visits but actually runs the visit in the patient's home, reducing the burden of the trial on the patient and significantly boosting recruitment and maximizing retention of patients.

We use the Hierarchy of Need model.

Specialist nurses or other staff can be found within our preferred partners who can carry out an amazing range of activities in the home.  Site Support and Home Trial Support can be used together to great effect.
