Our Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Graham Wylie

Graham, who trained as a physician, has 21 years experience in clinical trials, starting with 10 years at Pfizer in Clinical Development and Corporate HQ, with roles ranging from project management of trials to global implementation of standard trial processes and IT tools.  He joined Parexel International in 1999 as Medical Director for Northern Europe, progressing to Vice President of Account Management for Europe by 2003.  In 2005 he joined Healthcare at Home to develop their clinical trials activities into a full business unit, known as ‘The Medical Research Network’, He led a Management Buy Out of this Division in 2006, becoming CEO of the independent business, MRN Ltd, which has grown under the present management team by more than 800% in 4 years of independent operation.

 

Our Directors

Helena Baker

Helena is a Registered General Nurse with twenty years varied post registration experience, having worked within both the NHS, the Private Sector, the Pharmaceutical Industry, as Managing Director of her own company and latterly as Clinical Operations Manger for an oncology nurse team within Healthcare at Home. Helena joined the MRN in 2007, looking for a new challenge where she can combine her nursing skills with project, site management and study nurse management. She has operational responsibility for all Nursing, Pharmacy and Logistics services for the MRN and its related service providers.

Stuart Redding 

Stuart trained as a Physiologist and has 17 years of experience in clinical trials, starting with American Cyanamid as a Data Manager in 1994, working across various therapeutic areas in their European Data Centre in Richmond.  In 1995 Stuart joined Novo Nordisk UK as a CRA working on epilepsy studies moving to MDS Harris as a Project Manager in 1997 and to Chiltern International in 1999.  Stuart spent 7 years at Chiltern managing staff & projects, overseeing departmental finances and providing sales, feasibility, budgeting and proposal support to clinical operations across Europe.  Stuart joined HaH in 2006 to support the set up of the Trials Division and was part of the MBO that created the MRN in November 2006, taking the role of Director, responsible for Project Management.  Stuart is now responsible for all Business Development, Budgets, Proposals & Marketing activities globally.

Paul Bodfish

Paul trained as a biologist and has 18 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry. He started his career in R&D, working initially with Proctor & Gamble and then moving to the Imperial Cancer Research Fund. Paul then joined Parexel International in 1994 as a Clinical Data manager and subsequently held a variety of positions, progressing to Director of Data Management for the London office before being appointed to a global business development and marketing responsibilities for the Data Management group within Parexel. Paul joined HaH in 2006 to support the set up of the Trials Division and was part of the MBO that created the MRN in November 2006, taking the role of Director.  Paul is currently responsible for a number of the corporate functions within the business – Contracts, Vendor Management, Technology and Quality – and works closely with the operational teams to support successful project delivery.
