Many physicians in the UK want to run trials in specific therapeutic areas of interest but are unable due to either lack of resources or funding.
As part of our affiliation with Healthcare at Home, we have worked with numerous potential investigators over the years and have put together a database of physicians in the UK and their research preferences & requirements. As sponsors approach the MRN to run trials, we are able to refer to our database, thus placing trials into new research sites. This provides the site with a revenue stream allowing them to recruit the staff required to run and manage clinical research.
The MRN can provide these centres with the relevantly trained staff, such as research nurses, to run and manage trials on an as required or full time basis. These highly experienced and competent individuals will ensure that the site personnel comply with FDA, EU and MHRA regulations, providing training were required.
