Our bespoke solutions offer flexible nursing focused approaches to patient recruitment and retention challenges, tailored to the specific study requirements. 

Some examples include:

• Satellite Clinics

If sites are enrolling numerous patients from similar geographic regions, then we can offer satellite clinics to perform patient visits closer to their homes; this approach is similar to the homecare service, but allows our nurses to see many more patients during the course of a day.  These teams could travel around regions or even the whole country offering this service, with clinics even covering patients from more than one site.

• Call Centers

We can set up teams of nurses spread across countries providing on line or over the phone support to patients; this may be 24/7 support in terms of advice/hotline, or to actually perform centralized trial telephone visits.  Such services can also be used to pre-screen patients off the back of advertising campaigns etc…

• Referral Sites

The MRN can identify and help to set up referral sites, be those GPs or secondary care; liaising with such physicians and setting up agreements etc… can be very time consuming, but the MRN nurse teams can offer support in doing this.  Once up and running, the MRN nurses can visits the sites and actually identify/screen the patients, referring them into the main trial site.
