History

The MRN was formed in November 2006 as a Management Buy Out from Healthcare at Home.

Dr Graham Wylie had been appointed Managing Director of Healthcare at Home’s Clinical Trials Division in 2005, and led the MBO in 2006 when Healthcare at Home underwent restructuring and refinancing.

Company performance has been strong, since 2006:

• We have grown revenue by over 12 times
• We have increased staff numbers from 4 to 42
• We have signed over 128 contracts
• We have now operated in 14 countries across three continents & continue to expand

The MRN is now a recognized leader in our field.  We work with many of the largest Pharma, Biotech and CRO companies as well as with a large number of specialist and niche companies with complex and specialized therapies under research.
